About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and build AI-native systems end-to-end, from architecture through production
- Write production code in Node.js and Python, and build interfaces in React and TypeScript
- Own deployment on Azure, including CI/CD pipelines that support fast iteration
- Build agentic systems using LLM tool-use, MCP, and agent runtimes
- Work directly with the founder to define problems and shape the approach
- Document your work so the team can build on it
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of strong full-stack experience with Node.js, Python, React, and TypeScript
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, ideally Azure, with solid CI/CD fundamentals
- Real production experience with LLM tool-use, agent runtimes, or MCP-style patterns
- Experience in small teams or startup environments where you owned the full stack
- Comfort with ambiguity. You move without waiting for perfect requirements
- Willingness to push back. If an approach doesn't make sense, you say so
