About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own marketing projects end to end, from plan to launch to reporting
- Manage deliverables and timelines in tools such as Asana or ClickUp
- Brief and manage contractors, designers, and specialists
- Lead client or stakeholder calls and report on performance
- Analyze results in GA4 and recommend optimizations
- Flag risks, blockers, and scope changes early
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing strategy
- Agency or client services experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in GA4 and website performance analysis
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday)
- Professional spoken and written English, comfortable leading calls
- Strong ownership and written communication skills
- Based in Argentina, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
- Hands-on SEO or conversion optimization experience
- Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation
