About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute daily operational workflows and back-office tasks
- Maintain accurate data in CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues

Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Availability to work U.S. business hours
- Based in Colombia, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
- Experience with CRM tools or automation tools such as Zapier
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish
