About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, review, and process purchase orders and sales orders in accordance with established workflows
Schedule freight pickups and deliveries and coordinate shipments with FedEx, UPS, and global freight forwarders
Track shipments, resolve delivery exceptions, and communicate status updates to the sales team
Process and manage invoices using business invoicing software
Maintain accurate records across order, shipping, and invoicing systems
Communicate with internal stakeholders and external carriers in English and Spanish
Support a South American sales team with day-to-day order management and freight coordination
Work closely with the team lead as an individual contributor
Follow structured order and shipping procedures with consistent accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional written and spoken proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience processing purchase orders and sales orders in a structured business environment
Experience coordinating freight logistics with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or global freight forwarders
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured, process-oriented workflows
Proficiency with business software and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Reliable remote working setup with a stable internet connection
General familiarity with IT hardware components such as routers, switches, and servers is a plus
