About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and evolve the roadmap for paid and organic credit card experiences
  • Identify consumer needs and opportunities using market insights, competitive research, and financial behavior analysis
  • Design, test, and refine paid-channel experiences with Performance Marketing
  • Define and monitor product metrics
  • Use experimentation, including A/B testing, to improve engagement, conversion, and product performance
  • Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, prototyping, validation, and delivery
  • Build working prototypes and turn effective AI workflows into reusable tools
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, content, marketing, SEO, and external partners
  • Improve organic experiences and components that help consumers discover and evaluate credit card offers
  • Develop product integrations
  • Advocate for consumer needs while balancing business objectives
  • Support and mentor team members
  • Report to the Director Product Management for the Cards and Wealth teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in product management, preferably within fintech, consumer finance, or related domain
  • Track record of owning, launching, and improving consumer product experiences with measurable impact
  • Experience leading consumer product experiences that grow through SEO and paid marketing channels
  • Accountability for performance metrics such as conversion rate, cost per acquisition, or ROAS
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving outcomes without direct authority
  • Hands-on use of AI tools in regular product workflows
  • Experience building and shipping working prototypes or tools using modern AI tools, including agentic coding assistants or rapid prototyping platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and user research
  • Comfort partnering with engineering teams and working with API integrations and technical workflows
  • Customer-focused approach to creating useful, intuitive product experiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
