About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs for employees
Create presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, videos, process documentation, and knowledge articles
Support employee adoption of ticketing platforms, HR systems, collaboration tools, and operational applications
Translate system updates, process changes, and business requirements into learning content
Conduct platform walkthroughs, testing, and hands-on exploration of workflows and user experiences
Facilitate new system launches, enhancements, and adoption initiatives
Develop and deliver foundational AI learning content and best practices
Maintain and update training materials
Partner with subject matter experts to gather information and validate training effectiveness
Support employee onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives
Track participation, feedback, and adoption metrics to improve learning programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, employee enablement, instructional design, or systems training
Experience creating training content and learning materials
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and business processes
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
Experience supporting software implementations or system rollouts
Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, HRIS platforms, or workflow applications
Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools
Experience creating video-based learning content or microlearning assets
Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted content development
Customer approval may be required for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises
