Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end project management for operational, business application, integration, reporting, automation, and Microsoft Dynamics initiatives
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, and status reports
Manage multiple concurrent projects aligned with business priorities and success criteria
Coordinate work across business stakeholders, application owners, technical teams, consultants, vendors, and leadership
Facilitate meetings, document decisions, track action items, and ensure accountability for deliverables
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, configuration impacts, integration constraints, and decision points
Manage projects involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales, PSA, Intacct ERP, help desk platforms, finance systems, reporting tools, automation platforms, and integrations
Coordinate requirements gathering, current-state and future-state process discussions, UAT, defect resolution, deployment readiness, training, and post-go-live support
Plan for data migration, data validation, integration testing, security, user adoption, reporting impacts, and process alignment
Identify gaps between business processes and system capabilities and define practical solutions with stakeholders
Improve operational processes, workflows, documentation, reporting, automation, governance, and delivery practices
Measure project outcomes including efficiency gains, adoption, process improvement, data quality, reporting accuracy, and scalability
Serve as the central coordination point and communicate status, risks, decisions, dependencies, recommendations, and outcomes
Prepare executive-ready updates and translate technical information into business-friendly communication
Drive adoption by clarifying process changes, system impacts, testing expectations, training needs, and stakeholder responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
5+ years of project management experience in technology, business applications, systems implementation, operations, consulting, professional services, or business transformation environments
Experience managing business application, ERP, CRM, PSA, reporting, automation, integration, or Microsoft Dynamics-related projects
Hands-on familiarity with business application configuration, workflows, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and release management
Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, technical teams, application owners, vendors, and/or external consultants
Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, dependency, resource, and change management
Ability to facilitate requirements discussions, coordinate UAT, manage defect resolution, support deployment readiness, and oversee post-go-live stabilization
Ability to understand and discuss system configuration, data flows, integrations, APIs, reporting impacts, security considerations, and business process dependencies
Excellent organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate between business needs and technical execution plans
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to successful completion in a fast-paced environment
Customer approval may be required for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises
Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage Intacct, ERP, finance, help desk, PSA, CRM, reporting, workflow automation, Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure integrations, APIs, middleware, data warehouses, data governance, security, access controls, and related ecosystems
Preferred certifications include PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar
Experience within technology, consulting, managed services, or professional services organizations preferred
