About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage end-to-end program management of NetApp's key growth initiatives in the Cloud BU
Build cloud-integrated, fully managed, high-performance, scalable cloud storage solutions across Azure, GCP, and AWS
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify and align deliverables and program milestones
Drive strategic solutions for Software as a Service in the Cloud BU and NetApp
Coordinate with internal NetApp stakeholders, external customers, vendors, and partners
Lead cross-functional teams from concept and design through implementation and product/service launch
Work within the guidelines and cadence defined by the program team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience running programs with an engineering organization
Experience leading assessment efforts across a portfolio or enterprise
Experience identifying cross-functional interdependencies and working with stakeholders within a program or portfolio
Experience working with cloud computing
Experience working with cloud networking VPC
Experience working with cloud stacks
Experience working with interconnects and hardware nodes
Experience working with Google Cloud Storage Hyperdisks
Experience working with storage pools, persistent disks, and cloud stacks
Experience developing using REST APIs and microservice architecture
Experience using Kubernetes, JIRA, and Confluence
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
8 years of experience leading large and complex cross-functional project and product implementations
Must live within commuting distance of the San Jose, CA office
Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently
