About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the research, development, and execution of field marketing initiatives, including conferences, third-party trade shows, and regional events
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to research, develop, and execute campaigns and projects on schedule
  • Organize and coordinate NetBox Labs and industry events
  • Communicate concisely and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with the marketing team on co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and shared sponsorships with ecosystem partners
  • Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics, including events, campaigns, registration, and attendance data
  • Manage event logistics and on-the-ground execution when needed, including venue and vendor coordination, booth setup, and swag
  • Work with marketing to plan, promote, execute, and measure field and partner marketing programs
  • Provide sales team members with relevant information and updates about field marketing programs in-region
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and venues to manage logistics and ensure on-site execution
  • Work with finance and legal teams to ensure budgetary and legal reviews are completed accurately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS
  • Hands-on experience supporting trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, or regional events
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and execution focus
  • Proficiency using Google Workspace applications, Zoom, and Slack
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-starting approach with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners at all levels
  • Willingness to travel for on-site event execution as needed
  • Experience supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs is a bonus
  • Experience with HubSpot is a bonus
  • Experience leveraging Claude or other AI tools is a bonus
  • Experience in a high-growth software or technology company is a bonus
  • Must be authorized to work in the candidate's current location
  • Must answer whether work permit or visa sponsorship will be needed
