About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the specialized AI acceleration team to deliver client-facing Agentforce-powered engagements
- Partner with organizations evaluating Agentforce against other AI architectures through competitive bake-offs
- Rapidly engineer functional proof-of-value prototypes
- Architect art-of-the-possible demonstrations of agentic solutions
- Lead and own technical design, continuous tuning, and direct customer interactions
- Rapidly construct agentic solutions within client environments, including subagents, deterministic guardrails, dynamic actions, and foundational data models
- Lead recurring technical client engagements and incorporate real-time feedback
- Connect technical delivery to business metrics such as deflection, handle duration, operational expenses, and user sentiment
- Identify delivery bottlenecks, integration constraints, architecture limits, and stakeholder misalignment
- Perform real-time troubleshooting and optimization of dialogue flows, execution bugs, and system logic issues
- Deliver live interactive demonstrations of complex Agentforce solutions
- Convert client implementation insights into reusable solution accelerators, demonstration assets, and internal knowledge bases
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years executing technical solutions, consulting, or solution engineering in client-facing environments
- Direct engagement with key stakeholders during critical decision moments is mandatory
- 2+ years hands-on experience building with Agentforce, Service Cloud, or comparable agentic AI architectures
- Active Salesforce accreditations, including Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I, or System Administrator credentials
- Ability to perform rapid prototyping and real-time troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze Flows, Apex, or agent execution traces to identify root causes and resolve issues under pressure
- Strong grasp of enterprise architectural principles, including integration patterns, data models, and platform boundaries
- Skill in translating complex technical trade-offs into executive-level business impact
- Commitment to leveraging modern AI tooling, including platforms like Claude
- Comfort operating in rapid, evolving environments under condensed timelines
