About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage overall delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects leveraging NeuraFlash products and solution accelerators
Act as functional lead, overseeing and shaping the overall solution while managing day-to-day work and customer relationships
Guide customers and project teams in defining use cases and business outcomes
Transition customers from sales to project delivery by reviewing SOWs and partner-funding POs, defining project roles and responsibilities, and facilitating kickoff and client onboarding
Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and schedule
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and manage operational project aspects
Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
Manage NeuraFlash project team members delivering the solution
Read out documented and measured outcomes for live solutions before project closeout
Stay informed about internal Agentic Division initiatives, products, and solutions to foster innovation and project efficiencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platforms across all phases of project delivery
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels
Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader
Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
Certified Salesforce Admin certification plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification
Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management is preferred
