About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee development for new and existing Salesforce products and assets
- Oversee strategic tools for Salesforce implementation services
- Work with Claude, Codex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, Apex, and other Salesforce features
- Oversee hands-on solution design, proofs of concept, development, and testing
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from ideation through deployment and ongoing success
- Collaborate with product owners, product engineering leads, and product developers to evaluate market demand, prioritize work, and align on scalable solution designs
- Drive strategic architectural, packaging, and DevOps decisions
- Provide technical oversight and support for product, asset, and tool development
- Guide the team in effective use of AI tooling
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts, capabilities, and constraints
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong analytic skills with ability to formulate problems and solutions in business and technical terms
- Experience acting as a people manager for technical resources
- Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Experience with Salesforce managed packages and Salesforce AppExchange submission is a plus
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design
- Experience working on Digital Channel or Contact Center applications is a plus
- Experience with AWS development is a plus
