About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users
Architect and execute technical solutions for Agentforce and related technologies
Investigate the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents to develop novel business solutions
Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions
Oversee and contribute to the full project lifecycle, from initial design through development, testing, and deployment
Lead complete project technical solution design, including agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures
Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce at scale for agentic solutions
Create reusable assets to improve delivery quality and consistency
Track new product features and technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in application and software development
4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript
Exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages such as Python, Java, or C#
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS
Experience using source control and branching/pull request strategies
Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles
Experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities preferred
Additional Salesforce certifications preferred, especially Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist
Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences
