About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build compelling Agentforce-powered user experiences and deliver business value for clients
Lead technical solution design across Agentforce, Data 360, and the broader Salesforce platform
Guide delivery teams from initial design through deployment
Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Designers, and teammates to translate business needs into solutions
Own technical solution design, including agent topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures
Oversee and contribute to design, development, testing, and final deployment
Explore novel AI-agent solutions that drive business outcomes
Design scalable and secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation
Establish scalable data-ingestion best practices for Salesforce and Data 360
Design agent grounding strategies using unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes
Define Salesforce integrations with third-party systems
Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and development standards
Define agent testing and evaluation approaches, including guardrails and Einstein Trust Layer considerations
Contribute reusable assets that improve delivery quality and consistency
Track new technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms
Use AI tools and development assistants to improve design and delivery efficiency
Act as a NeuraFlash and Accenture evangelist in the Salesforce community
Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in application and software development
4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript
Exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages such as Python, Java, or C#
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
Experience designing and building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations
Experience designing solutions on Salesforce Data 360
Experience designing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs
Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS
Experience using source control and branching/pull request strategies
Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical details to developers and customer executives
Must possess and maintain a valid passport while employed
Ability to acquire and maintain applicable Salesforce certifications
Preferred: experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities
Preferred: experience with Data 360 unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution
Preferred: experience with Agentforce Agent Script
Preferred: relevant Salesforce or Claude certifications
Preferred: prior consulting or professional services delivery experience
Preferred: experience across additional Salesforce Clouds
Preferred: understanding of Salesforce Enhanced Chat and Omni-channel
Preferred: experience with Amazon Connect or other telephony platforms
Preferred: experience designing solutions on AWS or GCP, including AWS Lambda
Preferred: proficiency with Claude Code or similar AI coding agents
