About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the QA point of contact for consultants, clients, program teams, and technical leads
- Define quality strategies, identify risks, establish test strategy and coverage, and deliver reliable solutions
- Own QA program management, including resource planning, risk management, defect governance, coordination, and stakeholder reporting
- Maintain QA dashboards and prepare status reports for program reviews, steering committees, and go/no-go decisions
- Coordinate sandbox, staging, environment, and release strategies with DevOps and release teams
- Lead go-live readiness assessments and prepare test completion metrics, defect risk summaries, and sign-off documentation
- Provide post-launch hypercare QA support, triage production issues, validate hotfixes, and maintain a known issues log
- Validate LLM-powered and Agentic AI features using sampling, accuracy benchmarking, and prompt regression testing
- Author test strategies, approaches, scenario-based test cases, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices
- Execute negative, boundary, edge-case, exploratory, functional, integration, regression, performance, load, SIT, E2E, UAT, and go-live testing
- Validate configurations, business rules, routing logic, automation workflows, integrations, and data flows
- Perform API request/response validation, middleware transformation testing, screen-pop validation, and bidirectional data-sync testing
- Facilitate UAT readiness sessions and drive structured stakeholder sign-off
- Own defect lifecycle management, including creation, triage, prioritization, SLA tracking, root-cause tagging, trend analysis, and escalation
- Track defects, risks, and dependencies and produce quality metrics and defect health reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-6 years in Quality Assurance roles
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with functional, integration, system, and automated testing of Salesforce and/or AWS Connect implementations
- Hands-on lead experience delivering at least one contact center and IVR telephony project using Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys
- Ability to leverage AI Agents to improve team and company efficiency
- Ability to operate as a solo QA owner in early project phases
- Hands-on experience using mainstream AI/LLM tools
- Proficiency with enterprise test management tools such as Jira/Xray, Azure DevOps, Zephyr Scale, TestRail, or qTest
- Strong command of Jira for defect lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps for CI/CD and DevOps-aware testing
- Proficiency with Git-based version control, including GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
- Experience with UI automation tools
- Proficiency in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
- Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools such as Cyara, Hammer, JMeter, ContextQA, ContextAI, Tosca, Selenium, or Playwright
- Experience using Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT for QA productivity
- Experience with Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, and SharePoint
- Contact Center and ITSM domain exposure strongly preferred
