About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage projects for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers by providing day-to-day leadership
Analyze customer requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based Salesforce solutions
Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule
Drive implementation of high-quality AI and digital service solutions
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and manage operational project aspects
Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
Lead Outcomes and Business Objectives sessions, define success metrics and measurable goals, and track progress
Support requirements ownership and ensure requirements are captured, groomed, and traceable through delivery
Own user story creation and lead grooming sessions with the Solution Architect
Assist with client presentations during requirements, design, pilot, and user acceptance testing sessions
Facilitate and support UAT, including test planning, defect tracking, and resolution
Coordinate end-user training logistics and contribute to training materials
Plan, initiate, and manage B2B CRM and AI software projects
Coordinate with Solution and Technical Architects to incorporate requirements into design specifications
Act as Agile Scrum Master and guide the SDLC process for systems and product delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation on the Salesforce Platform
Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
Experience applying Agile approaches to project management
Experience with salesforce.com as a project manager or scrum leader
Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and presenting functional content directly to client stakeholders
Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience overseeing blueprint and implementation projects on the platform
Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
Preferred hybrid skillset with backgrounds similar to Solution Architect, Product Owner, Functional/Technical Consultant, or Business Analyst
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work cohesively within a team and/or effectively as an individual
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management (preferred)
Professional and confident approach focused on customer success
