About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build compelling Agentforce-powered user experiences and deliver business value to clients
Lead technical solution design across Agentforce, Data 360, and the broader Salesforce platform
Guide delivery teams from initial design through deployment
Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Designers, and teammates to translate business needs into well-architected solutions
Oversee and contribute to project lifecycle stages including design, development, testing, and deployment
Explore novel AI-agent solutions to drive business outcomes
Design scalable and secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution strategies, and real-time data activation patterns
Establish scalable data-ingestion best practices for Salesforce and Data 360
Design agent grounding strategies using unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes
Define Salesforce integrations with third-party systems
Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and development standards for Apex, LWC, and Agentforce
Define agent testing and evaluation approaches, including guardrails and Einstein Trust Layer considerations
Contribute reusable delivery assets
Track new capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms
Leverage AI development tools and assistants to improve design and delivery efficiency
Acquire and maintain applicable Salesforce certifications
Act as a NeuraFlash and Accenture evangelist in the Salesforce community and help cultivate company culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in application and software development
4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of Python, Java, or C#
Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
Experience designing and building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations
Experience designing solutions on Salesforce Data 360
Experience designing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs
Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS
Experience using source control and branching/pull request strategies
Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles
Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical details to developers and customer executives
Valid passport must be possessed and maintained while employed
Ability to travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events
