About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports
Review business reporting requirements and translate them into technical reporting and dashboard specifications
Advise business users and technical team members on building reports and dashboards
Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics
Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lens, dashboard development, and deployment
Establish operations and refresh standards based on globally aligned data strategy
Contribute as a customer-facing resource on the Revenue Solutions technical team
Collaborate with the broader technical team, customers, and AI Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years working on the Salesforce platform, specifically within a technical application
End-to-end project implementation, including integrations with SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics
Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture
Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions
Solid understanding of PaaS and IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure
Hands-on development experience using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect)
Full English proficiency
Ability to travel internationally
