About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality, scalable AI-powered solutions across Salesforce Agentforce, Data 360, and adjacent AI technologies
Build, test, and enhance Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations
Prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies for client strategic initiatives
Design and build scalable, secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation
Leverage unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes
Engage customers to define requirements and deliver complex solutions combining Salesforce and adjacent AI technologies
Develop with Lightning Web Components, Apex, and JavaScript
Collaborate with project teams to translate exploratory and strategic requirements into technical solutions
Stay current with Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, platform best practices, and the broader AI landscape
Acquire and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications
Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events
Represent NeuraFlash and Accenture in Salesforce and AI communities
Use AI tools and development assistants to improve build efficiency and speed

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and JavaScript
Strong understanding of Salesforce Apex language and coding patterns/best practices
Strong foundation in software development principles, programming fundamentals, and object-oriented programming (OOP)
Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and source tracking with Git
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST APIs
Experience building solutions on Salesforce Data 360
Experience building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations
Hands-on experimentation with AI technologies beyond core Salesforce, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and emerging tooling
Ability to learn and acquire new technical skills quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred: experience with Data 360 capabilities, Agentforce Agent Script, relevant Salesforce or Claude certifications, consulting or professional services delivery, LLM providers, vector databases, agent orchestration frameworks, additional Salesforce Clouds, Enhanced Chat, Omni-channel, Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Claude Code or similar AI coding agents
