About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality, scalable AI-powered solutions across Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360
Build, test, and enhance Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations
Prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies adjacent to the Salesforce stack
Design and build scalable, secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation
Leverage unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes
Engage directly with customers to define requirements and propose complex solutions
Develop with Lightning Web Components, Apex, and JavaScript
Collaborate with project teams to translate exploratory and strategic requirements into technical solutions
Stay current with Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, platform best practices, and the broader AI landscape
Acquire and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications
Represent NeuraFlash and Accenture in Salesforce and AI communities
Use AI tools and development assistants to improve build efficiency and speed

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and JavaScript
Strong understanding of Salesforce's Apex language and coding patterns/best practices
Strong foundation in software development principles, programming fundamentals, and object-oriented programming (OOP)
Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and source tracking with Git
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST APIs
Experience building solutions on Salesforce Data 360
Experience building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations
Hands-on experimentation with AI technologies beyond core Salesforce, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and emerging tooling
Ability to learn and acquire new technical skills quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred: Experience with Data 360 capabilities, including unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution
Preferred: Experience with Agentforce Agent Script
Preferred: Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, or Claude Certified Architect
Preferred: Prior consulting or professional services delivery experience
Preferred: Experience with LLM providers, vector databases, or agent orchestration frameworks outside Salesforce
Preferred: Experience across additional Salesforce Clouds
Preferred: Understanding of Salesforce Enhanced Chat and Omni-Channel
Preferred: Experience with Amazon Connect or other telephony platforms
Preferred: Experience writing, testing, and deploying AWS Lambda functions
Preferred: Proficiency with Claude Code or similar AI coding agents
Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events
