About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Write clean, fully functional code for modules or applications according to requirements
  • Execute MuleSoft implementations for customers
  • Internalize business outcomes and business-context relevance to MuleSoft implementation methodologies and approaches
  • Develop subject matter expertise and project deliverables for internal knowledge exchange
  • Mentor and guide junior Services team members
  • Lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects
  • Provide hands-on delivery guidance and influence development, governance, and operational lifecycle standards
  • Train, coach, and mentor Services team members on technical and soft skills
  • Design, develop, secure, and manage APIs through API Gateways and Proxies
  • Design and develop MuleSoft integrations with Salesforce using integration design patterns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6+ years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions
  • Preferred experience with Java and Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
  • Experience with MuleSoft connectors, including SAP, Salesforce, File, and Database
  • Working knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, deployments, and configuration
  • Ability to architect solutions within diverse technical teams of clients, SIs, contractors, and internal teams
  • Expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions
  • MuleSoft Developer Level 1 (Mule 4) certification
  • Prior exposure to Java and ETL
  • Experience designing, developing, securing, and managing APIs through API Gateways and Proxies
  • Experience with MuleSoft integration design patterns and Salesforce
