Bring Salesforce project implementations to life by understanding customer businesses and identifying requirements
Design, develop, QA, and launch Salesforce solutions
Contribute to internal product development and build major components used to package solutions
Work with customers and Solution Architects to define requirements and deliver solutions
Architect Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Apex, and Flows
Lead junior developers to ensure solid delivery and team cohesion
Acquire and share expertise on new Salesforce features and major launches
Collaborate with the delivery team and customers to drive successful outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Work directly with customers and Solution Architects to define requirements and deliver solutions
Architect solutions and develop in Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Apex, and Flows
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERPs and external systems
Lead junior developers
Ability to acquire new technical expertise and understand the latest Salesforce features and launches
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, largely with LWC and Apex
BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree, or equivalent experience
Multiple Salesforce project deployments, including release and multi-environment management, legacy-system integration using Salesforce APIs, and original code development
Experience implementing new Salesforce deployments
Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle, including structured code management
Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture
Hands-on experience writing Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Flows
Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML web services concepts
Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer I or II
Experience with Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, TableauCRM, Experience Cloud, Macros, LiveAgent Development, Omni-Channel, SOS, Snap-Ins, Node, Angular, or React is a plus
Detail orientation, teamwork, communication skills, and flexibility to change
