About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with hiring managers across the organization to understand hiring needs
Participate in the full recruiting lifecycle, including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding documentation
Develop candidate pipelines in niche areas with recruiting and operations teams
Use standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
Recruit and network through social media, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, and job fairs
Implement recruiting strategies supporting company growth
Maintain job postings and assist with standardized job descriptions
Create and send candidate offer letters and conduct salary negotiations
Coordinate with practice leads and recruiting teams to ensure candidate follow-up and a positive candidate experience
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Ensure new-hire onboarding and paperwork are completed promptly and accurately
Conduct onboarding sessions with new hires

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of recruiting experience within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space
Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus
Proficient with Google Suite (Word, Sheets, Calendar)
Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
Competitive and goal-oriented with appropriate attention to detail
Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
