About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a regional sales team promoting treatments for serious neurological, endocrine, and psychiatric disorders

- Align with marketing, training, sales operations, and other departments
- Manage key projects and collaborate with commercial cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA degree AND 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceuticals industry, including 3+ years of first-line sales management experience
- OR Master's degree preferred AND 6+ years of experience as above
- OR PhD AND 4+ years of experience as above

- Proven sales performance, including meeting/exceeding quotas, rankings, or recognition awards
