About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and deliver clinical product demonstrations tailored to care management teams, medical directors, and health plan executives
  • Partner with sales on discovery calls to identify clinical pain points and translate them into demo stories and scripted patient journeys
  • Configure and maintain demo environments with realistic clinical data, caseloads, and workflows
  • Serve as the clinical subject matter expert in sales conversations, RFP responses, and client presentations
  • Manage relationships with senior clinical and executive stakeholders
  • Identify market and client feedback patterns and drive clinical positioning priorities with product and marketing
  • Mentor sales and implementation colleagues on clinical workflows and demo best practices
  • Establish credibility and build relationships with healthcare stakeholders as a clinical workflow subject matter expert
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments
  • Identify opportunities and challenges for prospective and existing clients
  • Develop and refine clinical workflows aligned with client goals
  • Lead ROI analyses using quality metrics and value-based care considerations
  • Translate complex clinical concepts for diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Develop user-centered collateral with marketing, including one-pagers, case studies, workflow guides, and campaign content
  • Review marketing and sales materials for clinical accuracy
  • Translate product capabilities into benefit language for navigators, case managers, members, and patients
  • Guide clients from sale through implementation using clinical best practices
  • Develop and lead clinical training sessions for staff and providers

  • Support clients in measuring and demonstrating clinical impact using performance metrics and caseload reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
  • Active clinical license or certification (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CCM, PhD, PsyD)
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health, with preference for integrated care settings
  • Direct experience working inside a health system or a health plan as a care navigator, care manager, or case manager
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for mental health and substance use disorders
  • Understanding of healthcare quality metrics and value-based care models
  • Deep knowledge of electronic health records and how care teams use them to drive efficient, effective clinical workflows
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for client demos, conferences, and onsite meetings
  • High comfort in complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments
  • Skilled at developing differentiated messaging and tools for economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to distill complicated clinical and operational value into simple, economic narratives
  • Preferred: Experience with Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) or other integrated behavioral health models
  • Preferred: Background in healthcare consulting, training, or implementation
  • Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models, including Medicare/Medicaid billing
  • Preferred: Experience with quality improvement methodologies
  • Preferred: Project management skills or certification
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a healthcare technology environment
  • Preferred: Experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role at a healthcare technology company
  • Preferred: Experience collaborating with marketing on clinical content, collateral, or campaign messaging
  • Ability to act in accordance with NeuroFlow’s Information Security Policies and execute organizational security processes
  • HIPAA-compliant handling of organizational assets and security responsibilities
