About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product marketing strategy and content development for NeuroFlow’s health plan and managed care segment
  • Determine go-to-market approach, messaging architecture, and launch strategy for an AI-driven behavioral health IT and services portfolio
  • Lead GTM planning and execution for core solutions, including segmentation, ICP definition, messaging, sales readiness, launch calendar, and post-launch measurement
  • Partner with Product from roadmap review through general availability to develop market-ready narratives for new capabilities
  • Run post-launch retrospectives using adoption data, win/loss signals, and field feedback
  • Package product and service capabilities into standardized, buyer-centered solutions
  • Define solution boundaries, naming, and packaging with Product, Sales, and commercial leadership
  • Maintain a solution map anchored to named buyer problems
  • Own and refine platform and solution positioning and messaging
  • Translate clinical and technical capabilities into economic value narratives
  • Conduct regular win/loss reviews and incorporate field feedback
  • Build and maintain pre-sales ROI calculators and financial impact models based on payor and/or provider economics
  • Develop user stories, demo stories, scripts, battlecards, discovery guides, and objection-handling content
  • Train and certify the field on launches, positioning updates, and enablement assets; track adoption
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership and Product management as the connective tissue between roadmap, message, and pipeline
  • Represent buyer and field perspectives in Product and company strategy discussions
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing on demand generation, enablement, and the broader GTM calendar

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally with a focus on health plans and other managed care organizations
  • 3+ years directly managing and developing a product marketing or marketing team
  • Demonstrated success setting product marketing strategy and go-to-market direction for technically complex, B2B SaaS IT-plus-services offerings in healthcare
  • Track record partnering with senior leadership to set team and functional priorities and owning the outcomes of those decisions
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and buyer personas across commercial and government markets
  • Ability to gain acceptance from senior leaders and executives on sensitive or ambiguous matters without damaging the relationship
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into value propositions that hold up at the leadership level
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience using analytics to inform team and functional strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across product, sales, and client success without formal authority over those functions
  • Must comply with NeuroFlow’s Information Security Policies and security responsibilities
