About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn team goals into technical plans
- Design and build full-stack features and services within the team's domain
- Choose methods, tools, and evaluation criteria for assigned work and explain tradeoffs
- Identify technical risks and blockers early and propose fixes
- Prioritize assigned work and obtain manager approval
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions for team services
- Collaborate with product, QA, and adjacent engineering teams to ship features
- Mentor junior engineers through code review, pairing, and hands-on technical guidance
- Improve testing, tooling, and engineering practices on owned services
- Build and maintain full-stack features behind NeuroFlow's behavioral health technology
- Own services within the team's domain from design through production
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
- Strong object-oriented programming skills in C#
- Solid TypeScript skills
- Hands-on experience with .NET Framework or .NET 5+
- Proficiency with a modern front-end framework such as Angular, React, or Vue
- Experience building backend APIs and services with .NET Framework or .NET 5+
- Working experience with ORMs and relational databases, such as nHibernate, Entity Framework, or SQL Server
- Experience writing unit, integration, and UI automation tests
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
- Must meet all government security investigation eligibility requirements
