About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with schools and districts in New York City to help them understand data and strengthen implementation strategies
  • Participate in partner meetings, data reviews, and check-ins
  • Support program onboarding and rollout for new partners
  • Share strong implementation stories and examples with the broader team and partner network
  • Conduct school visits, classroom co-observations, and coaching sessions with instructional and professional learning teams
  • Gather feedback to improve tools, supports, and data reporting
  • Bridge partners and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure a high-quality user experience
  • Prepare and share data reports and visual presentations highlighting engagement, usage, and impact
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to ensure accurate and consistent reporting
  • Maintain templates, dashboards, and reporting processes
  • Manage 10–20 single-school accounts
  • Support key district accounts managed by Senior Directors of Implementation Success
  • Support program operations, including rostering, setup, and ongoing technical and instructional support
  • Lead and coordinate special projects such as reporting tools, data storytelling initiatives, and process improvements
  • Collaborate across Insights & Analytics, Education Solutions, and Product teams
  • Track project timelines and deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must reside in the New York City metro area
  • 6+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field
  • Experience working in schools, ideally as a teacher, instructional coach, or school/district support role
  • Willingness to travel frequently across New York City's five boroughs
  • Ability and desire to travel occasionally, up to 10%, to support in-person engagement with partners nationally
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data in accessible and relevant ways for educators
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Clear and engaging communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse partners
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio is a plus
  • Deep commitment to equity, access, and supporting educators in improving student outcomes
  • Experience in a partner-facing implementation, customer success, or data coaching role
  • Comfort facilitating data conversations with teachers or administrators
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
  • Valid U.S. work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship, now or in the future
