About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Faculty Affairs office
- Lead administration and coordination of faculty appointments and reviews, adjunct faculty administration, evaluations, governance, scheduling, and events
- Manage departmental records, timelines, tracking systems, and reports
- Coordinate with University offices
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
- Serve as an administrative resource to faculty and Faculty Affairs leadership
- Oversee operational planning, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business, administration or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in one or more of: designing and evaluating operational systems, working with faculty, academic and/or faculty projects, budget administration, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to develop, draft, edit, and communicate scholarly and professional materials to diverse audiences
- Ability to develop, implement, and communicate policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Working knowledge of standard office applications, databases, financial and budget systems, and technology platforms supporting research administration and operational effectiveness
Benefits
Comp & perks- Base salary of USD $77,000.00 to USD $86,483.90 per year
- Hybrid work arrangement (60% to 80% onsite)
