About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage services for full-time, adjunct, and visiting faculty
  • Coordinate faculty searches and faculty promotions/review in collaboration with the Administrative Director
  • Advise the Administrative Director and faculty on University policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements
  • Manage curriculum services, including course inventories, new course submissions, and space inventory
  • Serve as liaison with school and University offices
  • Interpret University policies and ensure departmental compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination, including experience with program administration or operations
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, advise, and problem solve
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications including SIS
  • Preferred: Master’s degree
  • Preferred: 3 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: Experience in a creative professional or academic environment
  • Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • Preferred: Knowledge of UDW+, Albert, and PeopleSync
