About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain inventory of dental implant surgical instruments and implant materials
  • Distribute materials to providers in clinical areas that perform implantology
  • Ensure surgical kits are complete and in good condition; replace missing parts
  • Contact implant system vendors for on-site review of surgical kits and armamentarium
  • Process laboratory cases and liaise with external lab services to ensure timely processing
  • Verify payment for each planned surgical procedure before releasing equipment and materials
  • Prepare equipment and materials for planned surgical procedures
  • Dispense implant supplies, instruments, disposable materials, and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and order implant materials
  • Receive orders, check in items, and identify discrepancies
  • Stock shelves and maintain supply counters, instruments, and procedure trays
  • Assist with clinic maintenance and clean dental equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
  • Basic knowledge of types of dental instruments
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment (e.g., personal computer, photocopy/fax machine)
