About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the operations of the Residence Hall Resource Center
  • Serve as a member of the building leadership team in managing the day-to-day business affairs and planning of the assigned residential hall
  • Serve as an on-site emergency response/crisis intervention agent in the absence of the Residence Hall Director or Residence Hall Assistant Director
  • Report to the Residence Hall Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree
  • 2 years of office experience or equivalent combination
  • Experience providing a high level of customer service
  • Proficiency with intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
  • Moderate to fast, accurate keyboarding
  • Good proofreading and writing skills
