About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to students in their final year who are preparing to graduate
- Leverage data to partner with institutional stakeholders and facilitate timely graduation
- Assist with planning and development of programs and initiatives supporting the senior-year experience
- Serve as a member of the College Advising Team and Senior Support Team
- Report to the Director of Advising
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts discipline or relevant field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in advising and/or student services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to advise and support diverse student populations
- Strong commitment to liberal arts education
- Ability to communicate effectively to individuals at all levels
- Master's Degree in Liberal Arts subject is strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an academic environment is preferred
