About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the US rollout of NewGen’s global marketing plan, adapting campaigns, messaging and priorities for a US audience
  • Partner with the Marketing Director, UK to set US marketing priorities, plans and budgets
  • Share US market insight, competitor activity and opportunities shaping the global plan
  • Track and report US marketing performance against global-plan KPIs
  • Coordinate media and press strategies with the external PR agency
  • Plan and execute US marketing initiatives and support UK-led campaigns
  • Organize and promote industry events, client engagements, speaking opportunities, breakfasts and dinners
  • Identify B2B leads and growth opportunities for target brands and industries
  • Collaborate with US and UK stakeholders to align marketing, creative output and business development strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years experience working in a marketing, events or PR function
  • Knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and creator culture
  • Experience in working with social first clients and teams
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and its creators is a plus
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agency environments
  • Ability to translate creative ideas into measurable business results
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and content strategy
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable using project management tools
