About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform administrative tasks related to collections
  • Collect outstanding account receivables
  • Analyze and resolve billing problems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • College degree preferred
  • Three (3)–five (5) years’ high volume collections experience
  • Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience preferred
  • Knowledge of payor portals, automated clearing houses, explanation of benefits (EOBs), and other Accounts Receivable tools
