About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete pre-foreclosure reviews to ensure loans are referred for foreclosure based on company requirements
  • Complete, monitor, and ensure deadlines are met for invoice approval, foreclosure referrals, foreclosure breach letters, and collection letters
  • Complete, monitor, and ensure deadlines are met for property preservation, order values, and inspections
  • Calculate and prepare reinstatement, payoff figures, and other debt information for attorneys
  • Manage a pipeline of foreclosure loans for timely processing and adherence to investor, insurer, and client requirements
  • Provide accurate information to assigned foreclosure counsel
  • Prepare bidding instructions for foreclosure sales
  • Manage daily exception reports to oversee the assigned pipeline
  • Follow up with foreclosure counsel to obtain required foreclosure documentation
  • Make and answer calls from attorney firms and vendors
  • Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
  • Follow established company guidelines to increase revenue and reduce losses
  • Review tasks daily to ensure completion within company timelines
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years direct foreclosure experience required
  • Previous experience in law office or mortgage servicing company required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer and internet skills
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work with general supervision applying established procedures and specific standards
  • Proficiency of Black Knight/LPS required
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel required
  • Ability to multi-task in an environment of changing priorities
  • All employees must have smartphones meeting Company security standards and be able to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator
