About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of 100 to 200 Under Contract Real Estate Owned (REO) assets.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, timelines, internal directives, and investor requirements.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with closing agents, attorneys, and real estate agents.
  • Train and oversee closing agents’ performance.
  • Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure wires are received and funds are posted correctly.
  • Adhere to strict closing timelines.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • 2-4 years’ real estate closing experience is required.
  • Ability to work multi-state closing portfolio.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the closing process.
  • Ability to review and clear title.
  • Knowledge of company policy, procedures, timelines, internal directives, and investor requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate closing documentation and procedures.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to work out complex problems with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • All employees must have a smartphone meeting Company security standards and able to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Notary experience/certification is a plus.
