About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex analyses to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities informing business strategy and decision-making
  • Develop structured narratives explaining what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended actions for stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Partner with stakeholders to define key questions, shape analytical approaches, and influence decisions through data-driven insights
  • Own ongoing performance analysis across recapture, lead flow, conversion, and revenue
  • Apply analytical techniques to identify drivers and relationships across variables
  • Build decision frameworks such as decision trees and prioritization models
  • Segment populations to guide targeting and strategic decisions
  • Lead analytical workstreams from problem definition through delivery
  • Tackle complex, ambiguous business questions and deliver actionable insights
  • Identify new data sources and analytical approaches
  • Develop dashboards, presentations, and summaries communicating insights and recommendations
  • Support and mentor junior analysts and promote analytical best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience working with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, or similar)
  • Proven experience leading structured analysis to identify trends, drivers, and insights
  • Strong ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights and narratives for senior leadership
  • Experience applying analytical and modeling techniques (e.g., segmentation, driver analysis, decision frameworks) to real business problems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • All employees must have smartphones meeting Company security standards and be able to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator
  • Preferred: Experience in mortgage, financial services, or related industries
  • Preferred: Experience with statistical or modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification approaches)
  • Preferred: Experience leading cross-functional analytical initiatives
  • Preferred: Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
