About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build a prioritized U.S. ecosystem map and pipeline of producers, app developers, directors, talent, production partners and strategic ecosystem players
- Coordinate ecosystem development with the China GTM lead
- Recruit high-quality mini-drama producers and content partners suited to U.S. audiences
- Activate producers and get them publishing consistently
- Design and run the founding-partner program, including producer incentives
- Close app and monetization partnerships and turn app-developer relationships into NDot customers
- Partner with Nova ad sales to introduce short-drama advertisers
- Connect U.S. creative talent with Chinese production partners
- Build partnerships and content demonstrating NDot's value beyond distribution
- Own the U.S. GTM motion, including segmentation, pitching, outreach, industry events, community building, PR, sales materials, CRM and forecasting
- Feed producer needs, market insights and content performance into product, growth and localization priorities
- Work closely with senior leadership, product, engineering and ad sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep experience and an established network in the mini-drama / short-drama industry
- Senior experience in GTM, BD, partnerships, producer relations or content acquisition
- Track record in U.S.-China cross-border business
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese, with cultural fluency to work credibly in both markets
- Proven skill at sourcing, negotiating and closing partnerships, and activating producers after signing
- Experience building ecosystems or communities, including industry events, market mapping and pipeline/CRM discipline
- Strong connector instincts, commercial judgment, persistence and bias for action; comfortable with ambiguity in a startup setting
- Nice-to-have: content acquisition or distribution; app growth or user acquisition
- Nice-to-have: creator or talent partnerships; film/TV production or talent network in LA or NY
- Nice-to-have: network of Chinese production houses or AI studios; AI-content production experience
- Nice-to-have: consumer app or short-video platform experience
- Nice-to-have: strong product and creative instincts; ability to bridge creative, commercial and technical teams
