About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality work on time using AI tools where appropriate
- Own feature delivery from scoping and design input through implementation and release
- Develop well-tested software and apply AI-assisted development practices judiciously
- Build and validate AI-integrated features using appropriate evaluation practices for LLM-powered functionality
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to define valuable deliverables
- Maintain reliable systems through observability, quality, and incident-response best practices
- Support production releases and ensure systems remain deployment-ready and stable post-release
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in one of the following countries: Argentina; Brazil; Chile; Colombia; Costa Rica
- Successful completion of a background check is required
- Ability to deliver high-quality work on time, leveraging AI tools appropriately
- Ability to own feature delivery end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Ability to craft well-tested, high-quality software
- Engineering judgment for building and validating AI-integrated and LLM-powered features
- Ability to partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design
- Knowledge of observability, quality, incident response, and production release practices
