About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality work on time using AI tools appropriately
- Own feature delivery from scoping and design input through implementation and release
- Build well-tested software using AI-assisted development practices where valuable
- Build and validate AI-integrated features with appropriate evaluation practices for LLM-powered functionality
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to refine ambiguous work into valuable deliverables
- Maintain reliable systems through observability, quality, incident response, and AI-assisted issue diagnosis
- Support production releases and ensure systems remain deployment-ready and stable post-release
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica
- Successful completion of a background check required
- Ability to deliver high-quality work on time
- Ability to own feature delivery end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Ability to craft well-tested, high-quality software
- Engineering judgment for AI-integrated and LLM-powered functionality
- Ability to partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design
- Knowledge of observability, quality, incident response, and production releases
