Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a deep understanding of client strategic objectives
Build and execute detailed research plans
Create interview guides and surveys addressing client needs
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify critical themes and takeaways
Develop client-facing reports and deliverables with clear storylines and narratives for executive audiences
Own written and verbal communications with clients on respective studies
Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with clients and experts across a wide range of expertise and geographies
Conduct in-depth research using innovative methodologies and AI tools
Deliver high-impact research projects helping clients answer critical business questions

What you’ll need

1-4 years of professional work experience
Background as a market research or research professional at a leading market research company or management consultant from a top tier consultancy
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
Strong skills in interview guide and survey design
Experience with data analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Python
Experience with visualization tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure
Client-facing and internal team communication skills, verbal and written
Bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study
Authorization to work in the United States
