About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day project management, tracking, and execution for Nex Playground from NPI through mass production and sustaining
- Coordinate across retail, marketing, design, engineering, compliance, supply chain, manufacturing, and ODMs
- Maintain project schedules, action trackers, issue/risk lists, and decision logs
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on actions, deliverables, and deadlines through closure
- Support NPI build readiness by tracking deliverables across engineering, quality, compliance, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Coordinate sample requests, sample delivery, shipments, meeting arrangements, factory/lab visits, and other project logistics
- Develop deeper product and technical knowledge and take ownership of individual project workstreams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in project management / project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong follow-up and execution discipline with the ability to drive actions through closure
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across different functions and stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Independent, proactive, and accountable
- Willing to learn and continuously develop technical and product knowledge
- Experience with smart / connected / wearable / IoT devices or other consumer electronics products
- Experience working with ODMs / OEMs through JDM/ODM engagement models
- Understanding of EE, ME, CMF, DFx, and electronics manufacturing processes
