About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide 24/7/365 fraud monitoring services for Central European clients across issuing and acquiring activities
  • Manage fraud prevention services and configure fraud monitoring rules, including setup, analysis, and modification
  • Manage fraud monitoring blacklists and whitelists
  • Monitor and analyse transactions and make fraud-related decisions
  • Cooperate with banks, partners, and local authorities to resolve fraud-related cases and analyse emerging trends
  • Perform statistical analysis of registered fraud cases to identify trends and establish new fraud prevention measures
  • Block and unblock cards suspected of fraudulent activity or involved in fraud attacks, including geo-blocking
  • Block suspicious POS and eCommerce terminals
  • Identify fraud attacks including ATM and POS skimming, misuse of lost or stolen cards, counterfeit card fraud, and MO/TO transaction fraud

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proactive person with initiative
  • Communication skills
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience in the card payment industry, including issuing and acquiring, is an advantage
  • Comfortable working a flexible shift schedule, including afternoon and night shifts
