About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate governance frameworks
  • Assist in maintaining and updating corporate policies, procedures, and governance documentation
  • Prepare resolutions, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and documentation for corporate bodies
  • Oversee the circulation, storage, and archiving of corporate documentation
  • Monitor regulatory developments and provide recommendations regarding corporate governance requirements
  • Support the preparation of regulatory reports and corporate disclosures
  • Cooperate with management, business stakeholders, auditors, and supervisory authorities
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Draft and update corporate documents, including policies, regulations, charters, and statutes
  • Participate in standardization and continuous improvement of corporate governance processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, office support, compliance, corporate governance, or similar role
  • Experience in document management, administrative process coordination, or organizational support
  • Ability to prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and internal documentation
  • Interest in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and company regulations
  • Communicative English language skills at a minimum B2 level
  • Graduate or final-year student, preferably in Law, Administration, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field
