Requirements

What you’ll need

Facilitation or teaching experience
Experience in the home service industry
Experience facilitating trainings to groups of 20+ participants
Experience with multi-day training facilitation
Sales training experience
Strong ability to inspire and lead others to achieve personal and professional goals
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to self-motivate and accomplish goals unsupervised
Ability to create new course content
Comfortable in front of a camera to record online content
Confidence promoting programs, services, or events
Ability to travel approximately 60% (about 31 weeks, 3 days/week)
Ability to travel, stand for prolonged periods, and occasionally sit at a desk for prolonged periods
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check
