About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with business and technical teams to design conversational AI solutions and customer journeys
Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities
Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and requirement gaps
Partner with testing teams to validate solutions through SIT, UAT, and production readiness
Analyze AI performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and automation
Analyze business processes and identify technology opportunities
Design and implement information technology solutions meeting customer needs and business goals
Establish and manage customer relationships with business, financial, operations-system users, and technical team members
Decompose work into manageable value-based units
Respond to requests, identify conflicts, and make recommendations
Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems
Identify interdependencies and functional gaps
Analyze technical solutions and determine failure points
Contribute to application testing
Create and update project documentation
Maintain familiarity with technology market trends
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology or digital transformation
Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and requirements management
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Conversational AI, generative AI, chatbots, or contact center technologies preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Amazon Connect, or API integrations is a plus
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
2+ years of experience
Ability to work with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and testing teams
