About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and facilitate comprehensive learning programs supporting organizational training and compliance objectives.
Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, gather technical content, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend training solutions.
Manage all phases of the instructional systems design process, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
Lead multiple learning and development projects concurrently.
Develop and facilitate instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and e-learning programs.
Support onboarding and role-based training initiatives.
Conduct individual and team performance analyses and determine training needs.
Research and recommend instructional methods.
Identify, select, certify, and schedule training instructors.
Lead project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
Facilitate professional development programs covering communication skills, productivity, new hire orientation, and corporate culture.
Support vendor selection, participant selection, evaluation, communication, and training logistics.
Participate in the annual corporate training plan, budget, and training schedule.
Record, edit, and produce video and audio content for web delivery.
Mentor and guide entry- and intermediate-level team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Grad / GED
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
4+ years of experience
Experience with e-learning platforms such as Vyond, Articulate, Rise 360 and LMS is a plus.
Ability to assess learning needs, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend training solutions.
Ability to apply adult learning principles and project management best practices.
Ability to develop instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs.
Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging learning experiences.
Ability to build strong working relationships with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
