About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the dedicated strategic advisor, operational anchor, and technical champion for a key ambulatory healthcare partner
  • Own account operational stabilization and relationship recovery
  • Travel regularly within a 25-mile radius of St. Louis and establish a hands-on on-site presence
  • Partner with executive leadership, clinic administrators, clinical end-users, and IT teams
  • Restore client confidence and establish predictable EHR/PM workflows
  • Resolve long-standing friction points and align software solutions with the healthcare mission
  • Support solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer
  • Maintain operationally healthy environments while reducing cost and complexity
  • Develop trusted customer relationships and understand business needs and technical challenges
  • Drive technical discussions concerning incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, Sales Account Managers, and C-suite executives
  • Review service disruptions and metrics
  • Proactively solve problems and identify customer opportunities
  • Develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance, including updates, patching, and antivirus updates
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues
  • Conduct performance monitoring, systems health checks, and capacity planning
  • Report project or task progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and document issues before client impact
  • Drive product improvement with cross-functional teams
  • Support client gap analysis between current and future states
  • Perform other duties supporting the overall objective of the position

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position
  • 5 years' relevant experience as Technical Account Manager or similar
  • Cloud Hosting expertise, with a preference towards AWS knowledge and certifications
  • Experience in the medical field preferred
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and application-related issues
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring, systems health checks, and capacity planning
  • Knowledge of cloud hosting and AWS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Skills in leadership through critical incidents, communication, organization, problem solving, collaboration, technical acumen, and customer focus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, multitask, and meet deadlines
