Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with customer teams to understand business challenges and define Nexthink solutions
  • Lead workshops and consultative sessions
  • Translate customer needs into actionable use cases and solution designs
  • Guide customers through adoption and help them realize measurable value
  • Configure and deploy Nexthink solutions
  • Build dashboards, investigations, alerts, and automations
  • Analyze endpoint data to generate insights and optimize solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues using structured problem-solving methods
  • Document configurations and solution designs for customer knowledge transfer
  • Collaborate with seasoned consultants through pair engagements and mentorship
  • Build technical depth through hands-on experience and structured training
  • Refine problem-solving, communication, and customer-management skills
  • Contribute to a supportive team culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of IT, technical support, or business-focused technology experience
  • Hands-on familiarity with DEX (Digital Employee Experience) concepts
  • Baseline EUC (End-User Computing) knowledge, including Windows, endpoint management, or basic system support
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to business and IT stakeholders
  • Customer-facing consulting or advisory experience (nice to have)
  • Prior consulting, PSA tools, or project management exposure (nice to have)
  • Scripting or API integration experience (nice to have)
  • Experience with analytics or data interpretation (nice to have)
